Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) edged lower, with the cryptocurrency prices trading below the $28,400 level on Wednesday.
Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), also fell slightly, trading below the key $1,600 mark this morning.
Trust Wallet Token (CRYPTO: TWT) was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Conflux (CRYPTO: CFX) turned out to be the biggest loser.
At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap fell to $1.09 trillion, recording a 24-hour decline of 0.3%. BTC was trading lower by 0.2% at $28,381 while ETH fell by around 0.2% to $1,579 on Wednesday.
