Ethereum Falls Below $1,800 Following Jobs Report; Solana, Conflux Among Top Losers
Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) moved lower, but the cryptocurrency prices traded above the key $34,000 level on Friday.
Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH) also traded lower, falling below the key $1,800 mark this morning.
Trust Wallet Token (CRYPTO: TWT) was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Solana (CRYPTO: SOL) turned out to be the biggest loser.
The U.S. economy added 150,000 jobs in October compared to a revised 297,000 gain in September, and versus market estimates of 180,000. The unemployment rate rose to 3.9% in October from 3.8% a month ago.
At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap fell to $1.27 trillion, recording a 24-hour decline of 2.9%. BTC was trading lower by 3.3% at $34,192 while ETH fell by around 2.7% to $1,787 on Friday.
