The tweet sparked confusion and speculation among Shiba Inu fans. What does the project hold for the future? Where will the meme cryptocurrency go next?
Shytoshi Kusama, the pseudonymous lead developer of Shibarium, recently shared an update with the community on their thoughts regarding the current bear market and the upcoming release of Shibarium.
Despite the current market turmoil, Kusama remains optimistic. Shiba Inu's price has taken a tumble over the past few weeks; it still holds its place as one of the top cryptocurrency assets. With a bit of luck and some careful analysis, Kusama is confident that Shiba Inu is well-positioned to move back up the rankings soon.
"As people begin to realize the importance of Shib in the global scheme of next year, and burns increase in frequency, I hope to see a true impact on the circulating amount," Kusama said.
When asked about the possibility of Shibarium beta testing, Kusama neither confirmed nor denied it. Instead, Kusama emphasized the importance of collective effort and timing. "Guys please… if you understand that Shibarium is about a collective effort to combat the shadow cats of the world and the current conditions we all are subject to, then you know that timing is everything and your contribution is more important than WEN,” Kusama added.
Price Action: At the time of writing, Shiba Inu was trading at $0.0000085, down 2.18% in the past 24 hours, according to Benzinga Pro data.
