Dogecoin Hackathon Heads For US In 2023 — Excitement Soars As Users Say ‘To The Moon’

After the completion of the hackathon in Australia, Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) foundation said on Twitter that it will be arriving in the U.S. in 2023.

What Happened: In a tweet on Thursday, DOGE posted a final review of the hackathon in Australia, showcasing participants’ fun experiences working on projects with the community and connecting with fellow ‘Shibes’ from around the globe.

Why It's Important: In February 2021, the Dogecoin Foundation, led by Timothy Stebbing, outlined its strategy to foster Dogecoin Development and bolster the Dogecoin Ecosystem by increasing the number of developers working on the project. 

The Dogeathon, which was held in the Yarra Ranges of Australia, highlighted the capabilities of DOGE’s newest and classic integration solutions including LibDogecoin, GigaWallet API, Core API, Doge-Eth Bridge and more.

Price Action: DOGE was trading at $0.098, up 1.45% in the past 24 hours, according to Benzinga Pro data.
